Shipping Policy
Shipping Cost:

Txtile offers free shipping for orders totaling $50 or more (pre-tax) within the continental United States. For orders less than $50, a flat shipping fee of $7.99 will be applied at checkout.
Shipping fees for deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska will be calculated at checkout.

We do not ship internationally outside of the United States at this time.

All products are shipped from Chicago, IL. USA. Our standard shipping typically takes 2-4 business days to process after placing your order. Please note that these processing times are approximate.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification along with a tracking number. If you require expedited shipping, please fill out the form on our contact page, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that expedited shipping will result in an additional charge.
Return Policy
Txtile's return policy is designed to be straightforward.
If your purchase does not meet your expectations for any reason, you can return the item(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please keep in mind that shipping costs will not be refunded.
A flat $7.99 return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
All items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. If items returned have visibly been used, no refund will be issued and the item can be shipped back at the customers expense. Please be aware that returns after the 14-day window will not be accepted.
